• Content you submit: TikTok links you paste, video and audio files you upload, the audio we extract from them, the transcripts we generate, and public details of the TikTok video (such as its description, creator, statistics, and thumbnail).
• Usage information: cookies and similar technologies needed to keep you signed in and protect forms, plus basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type in server logs.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide and improve the Service: to create and secure your account, transcribe the content you submit, show your transcription history, track your credits and subscription, process payments, provide support, and send important messages about your account or the Service.

We do not use your uploads or transcripts to train AI models, and we do not use them for advertising.

• Cloudflare, to store uploaded files, audio, and thumbnails;
• Replicate, to run speech-to-text on your audio;
• our payment provider, to handle checkout, billing, and tax;
• our email provider, to deliver account and service emails.

These providers may only use your data to perform services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

5. Data Retention

Uploaded video and audio files are deleted once we have extracted the audio. The extracted audio and your transcripts are kept so you can play them back and download them from your history until you ask us to delete them or close your account. Billing records are kept as long as required by law.

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, or to close your account, by contacting us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.
